Partnering with Olsson Associates, our Design-Build team provided multiple improvements to enhance the connectivity in an 80-year-old residential neighborhood between Orchard and Douglas Street on the West and Independence Avenue on the East. The project included the engineering analysis, design, and construction of multiple improvements within the neighborhood.

Scope of Work
ESS contributed to the installation of concrete curb and gutter plus sidewalks. ESS also provided stormwater improvements, utility relocations, utility coordination; including locates and de-confliction, field surveys and As-built surveys and drawings.
