Scope of Work
Catamount chose ESS as their preferred civil contractor because of our reputable experience in producing quality projects in a timely manner. The timing of this project put ESS to work during the harsh winter months. This meant that while trying to produce a speed-to-market product, we were battling winter climate. There were often times during our grading process where we encountered frost on the ground that needed to be cut out in order for us to continue our work. Even through these challenges, ESS was able to deliver a quality product on time.
