Breckenridge Park Plat 1 involved the grading and infrastructure for a 74 lot subdivision on the west side of Columbia, MO. We moved approximately 297,000 CY of material, which also included pre-grading for 59 lots in the next plat. Even with some of the environmental and geological challenges, ESS was still able to bring the project in under budget and on time.

Scope of Work
For Plat 1 of Breckenridge Park, Emery Sapp and Sons handled the following; major onsite clearing of 90.8 acres, 297,000 cubic yards of excavation and grading, 12,000 square yards of 6″ concrete and 5,350 square yards of 7″ concrete with 14,090 square feet of sidewalk, a combined 19,120 linear feet of storm, sanitary, and water utilities with 108 storm and sanitary structures, and 7,900 linear feet of electrical trenching.
