The Boone Hospital South Campus is an extension of the Boone County Hospital. The new South Campus is a 13-acre site at the corner of Nifong and Forum boulevards in Columbia, MO. The site is home to a 125,000 square foot medical campus with a primary care clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy services, and a lab. The medical plaza also includes a fully lit walking trail with an enhanced memorial for Officer Molly Bowden, a fallen Columbia Police officer.

Scope of Work

ESS performed the mass grading for the Boone Hospital South Campus site, installed 4,337 linear feet of new storm sewer, 947 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 2,285 linear feet of water lines, paved the new parking areas and walkways, and expanded the existing city streets for the new entrance.
