Emery Sapp & Sons (ESS) employee-owner Larry Cannon, superintendent, has been sipping the ESS Kool-aid since 1987. This Blue Blood Award recipient has watched the company grow from 100 employee-owners to more than 1,400 strong. He sat down with us recently to share his thoughts.
