Robert leads operations of the company, focusing on the vital aspects of the firm including project management, estimating and major pursuits teams. As a market leader and alternative delivery expert, he ensures ESS meets the evolving needs of both our clients and employees by removing obstacles to great work and growth.

Robert also takes charge of cross-discipline and cross-office integration, workforce planning and organizational strategy. He is involved in strategic planning for ESS’ offices company-wide and helps manage a variety of relationships with partner companies.
