Vice President

Chip has over 30 years of experience in the heavy construction industry, with experience working for and with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). His knowledge and leadership on MoDOT projects has won two awards from the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America’s Build America Award for Highway and Transportation Renovation. As Vice President, Chip oversees business development, pursuit management, and ensures that the proper resources are provided to effectively deliver heavy highway projects across the region.
