We are excited to announce that Dan Hoover, Branch Manager of Corporate Resources and Justin Gay, Columbia Branch Manager will join the Executive Management Team (EMT). In their combined 28 years at ESS, Hoover and Gay have played pivotal roles growing the firm’s world-class capabilities. They have shaped many of ESS’s most fundamental partnerships through their balanced understanding of our clients, business partners, and employee-owners. Both are passionate about enriching our ownership culture, serving our communities, and building a best-in-class business through innovation.
Both Hoover and Gay will retain their roles as Branch Managers while serving on the executive team. They join current EMT members Shawn Sapp, Vice President; Tim Paulson, Vice President; and Robert Gillis, Vice President of Operations.
