Employee-owners at every level of ESS are building wealth through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). An ESOP is a qualified retirement plan that gives employees ownership of the company in the form of shares of stock.
We keep company profits where they belong — with the people who work hard to build it. ESS contributes shares of company stock into the accounts of all eligible employee-owners. If you’re 18 years of age and have worked 1,000 hours (about six months), you’re automatically enrolled in the ESOP Plan! After three years of Plan service, you’re vested, and that stock belongs to you! The longer you work, the more your nest egg grows.
