Here at ESS, we see Internships as opportunities to do real work and make an impact. You’ll get the chance to jump right in on day one and contribute to work that matters! No two people are the same and our internships reflect that. We tailor each program to give you a variety of experiences. Mentors will help you find your unique path in civil construction through training and direct experience. Our programs cover all aspects of civil construction in three main categories.
LEVEL UP INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
This program aims to broaden our interns’ understanding of the construction industry, give them access to leaders within our organization, and provide networking opportunities with peers and industry partners. Our goal is for interns to get the most out of their experience here at ESS with Level Up Live events and job site project tours.
