This position is responsible for the day to day operations of bridge construction and repair projects including job site safety, production, crew assignments and equipment operations. A successful structures foreman keeps the project on schedule and on budget while directing, coaching and training their crew to be on the top of their game.

- Assessing and troubleshooting problems and providing resolutions comes easy to you.
- You aren’t afraid of heights. Like, really high, heights.
- You are a little obsessed with safety and performing maintenance checks.
- Traveling and remaining on projects for lengthy periods of time is no issue.
- You’re the dependable type, and work with little supervision to lead a team of individuals.
- You’ve always been a bit of a math-lete and your analytical skills are on point.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Field Supervisor Academy
- Fall Protection
- Crane Rigging
- Lock-Out Tag-Out Training
