Successful low-boy drivers are equipped with an exceptional work ethic and have a knack for working independently. Excellent coordination skills go a long way, and your number one priority is always to practice safe operating techniques.

- You’re knowledgeable in construction procedures, OSHA guidelines, and construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues.

- Problem solving comes easy and you have the ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple tasks.
- You’re a team player who can also work independently and has great organizational skills.
- Communicating efficiently is no problem for you.
- You can load and unload equipment in the 100,000 pound class like a pro.
- You have reliable transportation and the ability to travel extensively.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
