Interns at ESS have the opportunity to work both in the field and in an office setting.

- You’re collaborative, easily adapt to varied roles on teams from follower to leader.
- Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
- You’re not afraid to raise your hand. You have the ability to take ownership and ask for help when needed.
- You’ve perfected the whole time management thing and can juggle simultaneous duties and responsibilities
- Motivated and proactive
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or other related field
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
