Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of an asphalt crew is the main responsibility of our Asphalt Paving Foreman. But don’t let that fool you. There’s a lot that goes into it. Coordinating tasks according to priorities and deadlines, consulting drawings and plans for installation accuracy, and resolving problems that may affect project quality are just a few.
